Simptomat e s\u00ebmurjes s\u00eb zemr\u00ebs, apo shenjat e vdekjes s\u00eb saj, jan\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb kur poseduesi i asaj zemre nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebmen-dsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr d\u00ebmin q\u00eb shkaktohet si rezultat i vepri-meve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb gabuara, apo kur ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i patrazuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb injoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, apo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb gabuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zemra, kur p\u00ebrjeton dhimbje si rezultat i \u00e7far\u00ebdo gj\u00ebje t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar q\u00eb ajo ndesh dhe nga arsyetimi i injoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn (n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb q\u00eb korrespondon me informimin dhe diturin\u00eb e saj), \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb arsyetoj\u00eb edhe rrezikun p\u00ebr shka-t\u00ebrrimin e saj &#8211; dhe rritjen e vrullshme p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrimit dhe stopimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjendjeje. Ushqimi m\u00eb i dobi-sh\u00ebm p\u00ebr zemr\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb feja dhe mjekimi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Kur&#8217;ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shenjat e nj\u00eb zemre t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q\u00eb nj\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00eb e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb ajo duhet t&#8217;i ik\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote dhe t\u00eb mundohet p\u00ebr tjetr\u00ebn dhe ta para-mendoj\u00eb veten sikur \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve atje. Ajo duhet t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kalimtare, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb pajisjet e nevojshme e pastaj t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, ashtu si\u00e7 Pejgamberi, sal-allahu alejhi ue selem, i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Abdullah ib\u00ebn Omerit: &#8220;N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb ji i huaj apo kalimtar.&#8221;12 Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb zemra \u00ebsht\u00eb e s\u00ebmur\u00eb, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb ajo e d\u00ebshiron k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb; ajo jeton n\u00eb t\u00eb derisa t\u00eb b\u00ebhet sikurse \u00e7do njeri tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo zem\u00ebr e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb vazhdon ta mundoj\u00eb poseduesin e saj derisa ai t&#8217;i kthehet Allahut dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb paqe me At\u00eb, t&#8217;i bashkohet Atij, sikurse i dashuruari i udh\u00ebhequr nga d\u00ebshira e flak\u00ebt q\u00eb, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, e gjen dashurin\u00eb e tij. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 dashuris\u00eb ndaj Tij, ai nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, e pas lutjes ndaj Tij, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr lutje tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse kjo zem\u00ebr e humbet mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e recitimit t\u00eb Kur&#8217;anit dhe lutjes tek Allahu, apo kompletimin e nj\u00eb prej veprimeve t\u00eb obliguara t\u00eb adhurimit, at\u00ebher\u00eb poseduesi i saj vuan m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa nj\u00eb njeri i matur q\u00eb vuan p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb parave, apo mund\u00eb-sis\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i fituar ato. Ajo digjet p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshtrim ndaj Allahut, ashtu si\u00e7 digjet nj\u00eb i uritur p\u00ebr ushqim e pije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jahja ib\u00ebn Muadhi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201c<em>Ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i k\u00ebna-qur ta sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb Allahun, \u00e7do gj\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tij; dhe ai q\u00eb gjen k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimin e Allahut, njer\u00ebzit do ta kujtojn\u00eb me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi k\u00ebt\u00eb njeri<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo zem\u00ebr ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb breng\u00eb: q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprat e saj, t\u00eb folurit dhe t\u00eb menduarit e saj, t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bindura ndaj Allahut. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kujdesshme me koh\u00ebn e saj m\u00eb shum\u00eb se koprraci me parat\u00eb e tij, k\u00ebshtu nuk e humb at\u00eb pa arsye. Kur fal namaz, t\u00eb gjitha brengat dhe shqet\u00ebsimet e k\u00ebsaj bote zhduken, nd\u00ebrsa ajo rehatohet dhe lumturohet n\u00eb adhurimin e Zotit t\u00eb saj. Ajo nuk pushon s\u00eb p\u00ebrmenduri Allahun, e as nuk lodhet duke i sh\u00ebrbyer Atij dhe nuk ka shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb af\u00ebrt me ask\u00ebnd q\u00eb nuk e udh\u00ebzon p\u00ebr tek Allahu dhe nuk ia p\u00ebrkujton At\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00ebmendja e saj p\u00ebr korrekt\u00ebsin\u00eb e veprimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se sa p\u00ebr vet\u00eb veprimin. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrpikt\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb qenit e sigurt p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimin prapa vepri-meve, n\u00ebse ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb sinqerta dhe t\u00eb pastra dhe re-zultojn\u00eb si vepra t\u00eb mira. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ajo jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ia d\u00ebshmon sinqeritetin e saj Allahut, q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vepra t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla, por ajo d\u00ebshmon edhe jo p\u00ebrsosm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb metat e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shkaqet e s\u00ebmundjes s\u00eb zemr\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joshjet, t\u00eb cilave zemra i ekspozohet, jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb s\u00ebmurjen e saj. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb joshjet e epsheve dhe fantazive. E para b\u00ebn q\u00eb q\u00ebllimet dhe vullneti t\u00eb degjenerohen, nd\u00ebrsa e fundit b\u00ebn q\u00eb dituria dhe besimi t\u00eb l\u00ebkunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hudhejfe ib\u00ebn el-Jemeni, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cI D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, salallahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;<em>Tundimet i prezantohen zemr\u00ebs nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb. N\u00eb \u00e7do zem\u00ebr q\u00eb b\u00ebn nj\u00eb m\u00ebkat vendoset nj\u00eb pik\u00eb e zez\u00eb. N\u00ebse largohet dhe pendohet, ajo do t\u00eb pastrohet. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb zemrat jan\u00eb dy lloje: zemra e zez\u00eb q\u00eb ka devijuar dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si anije e p\u00ebr-mbysur dhe zemra e past\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk l\u00ebndohet kurr\u00eb nga joshjet e tundimet p\u00ebr aq sa t\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb toka dhe qiejt. Zemra e zez\u00eb njeh t\u00eb mir\u00ebn dhe e d\u00ebnon t\u00eb ke-qen vet\u00ebm kur i p\u00ebrshtatet d\u00ebshirave dhe tekeve t\u00eb saj.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, zemrat q\u00eb i ekspozohen tundimit, i ka ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dy kategori:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E para<\/strong>, zemra e cila kur i ekspozohet tundimit, e absorbon at\u00eb si sfungjeri q\u00eb e thith ujin, duke e dam-kosur veten me pik\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb. Ajo vazhdon s\u00eb absorbu-ari \u00e7do tundim e epsh q\u00eb i ofrohet, derisa nxihet dhe shkat\u00ebrrohet, q\u00eb e ka kuptimin e asaj q\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb i d\u00ebrguari, salallahu alejhi ue selem: &#8220;si anije e p\u00ebrmby-sur&#8221;. Kur ndodh kjo, zemr\u00ebn e kapin dy s\u00ebmundje q\u00eb e kredhin n\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pik\u00eb s\u00eb pari, zemra \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb konfuzion n\u00eb dalli-min e t\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb keqes. Kjo s\u00ebmundje mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri n\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00eb sa q\u00eb zemra e beson t\u00eb keqen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe anasjelltas, sunetin p\u00ebr bidat dhe ana-sjelltas, t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr dhe g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ajo gjykon sipas epsheve dhe d\u00ebshirave t\u00eb saj, e jo sipas asaj q\u00eb na ka m\u00ebsuar Pej-gamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb skllav\u00ebrohet dhe udh\u00ebhiqet nga iluzionet e fantazit\u00eb e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E dyta<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb zemra e past\u00ebr nga e cila ndri\u00e7on dhe rrezaton drita e besimit.
